Creating a website that fulfills the whole package will make it easier to get the first time customers, and keep the ones that you already have.
Don't wait for the apology. Look for design agencies that offer full spectrum work and have the creative team to back up what they offer. Take a look at their portfolio and view the websites and work they have done in the past. Find out if all the work is done in-house, or is it outsourced to other companies?Find out about the team's education and specialized skills. These questions will help you identify any problems that might occur in the future and will help you to find a team with the experience and knowledge you are looking for.
